The Associate Dean/Program Leader for Agriculture and Natural Resources Extension programming reports directly to the Dean and Director of Nebraska Extension in a consultative work environment designed to advance the effectiveness and success of Nebraska Extension. This person functions within the broad organizational leadership provided by the Dean/Director and with wide discretion in the implementation of programs and practices. The focus of this position is to build and enhance the overall effectiveness of Agriculture and Natural Resources programs through development of highly relevant, high impact Extension programs, resource development and talent acquisition.
