NCIPMC Funded Projects

The North Central IPM Center funds projects of regional importance as part of our programming efforts.  Originally, the North Central Pest Management Center funded a regional information network and supported an IPM Enhancement Grants Program.

In 2005, the North Central Region’s Integrated Pest Management Coordinators began serving as our regional information network contacts, so funds that were previously invested in the information network were shifted to fund the North Central IPM Center’s Working Group Grants Program.  In addition, the North Central IPM Center supports a mini-grants program that provides funds for brief IPM tasks and projects that fit the mission of the Center but could otherwise not be accomplished without these funds.

In 2011, the North Central IPM Center funded seven projects as part of our North Central Region Critical Issues Grants Program.

Since 2007, the North Central IPM Center has invested about $2 million on regional IPM projects.
